You’ll work directly with the CEO of ProfileBehavior.com, to help create leverage across his time, energy, and priorities. You’ll bring structure and clarity where it’s needed most. Your work will ensure the CEO stays focused on the highest-value initiatives by helping protect his time, driving follow-through, and moving projects forward with momentum.
This role is for someone who has operated at a senior level before, who’s comfortable in dynamic environments, and who can bring calm and order without losing speed. You’ll be trusted to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and help the CEO and team stay one step ahead.
You Will:
- Act as a strategic extension of the CEO - his time, focus, and filter
- Manage calendar, communication, and travel - with thoughtful prioritization
- Serve as a gatekeeper and decision-support: helping ensure the right things get attention
- Lead and support key internal projects - ensuring follow-up, and follow-through
- Manage internal and external communications - preparing, refining, and advancing messaging
- Help hold the team accountable to deadlines and commitments
- Anticipate needs before they arise and proactively remove obstacles
- Clear noise and create focus for the CEO and team
You Are:
- Located in an Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) Time Zone
- Calm under pressure, steady in fast-moving environments, and thrive on variety
- A seasoned operator with 10+ years of experience supporting executives in complex organizations
- Discreet, thoughtful, and deeply reliable
- A clear and confident communicator who can adapt to different situations and audiences
- Skilled at building strong relationships and navigating high-stakes dynamics with emotional intelligence
