We are seeking a detail-oriented Listings Entry Clerk to support our real estate team by accurately entering, maintaining, and updating property listings across our platforms. This position plays a key role in ensuring that property information is complete, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards, helping our agents present listings effectively to clients and buyers.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update property details, pricing, photos, and status changes in MLS and company databases
- Review and confirm the accuracy of agent-submitted information, making sure it meets listing requirements.
- Maintain organized records of property listings and supporting documentation
- Assist with uploading marketing materials, virtual tours, and property photos
- Monitor listings for errors or missing information and make corrections promptly
- Provide administrative support to agents, brokers, and the marketing team as needed
- Strong typing and computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Familiarity with MLS platforms, real estate CRMs, or property management software (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple team members
- Prior experience in real estate, administration, or office support is a plus
