About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk who will support our Customer Support department in maintaining and managing important records and documentation—all from the comfort of your remote workspace. As a File Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all customer support files are easily accessible, accurately organized, and maintained securely within digital systems, allowing the team to operate efficiently. This full-time, hourly position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, has a keen eye for detail, and excels at staying on top of organizational tasks.
What You'll Do
- Organize and maintain an efficient digital filing system for customer support records.
- Retrieve and provide accurate documentation to Customer Support team members as needed.
- Ensure all files are labeled correctly and stored in compliance with company policies and data protection guidelines.
- Regularly audit digital files to confirm the accuracy, completeness, and security of records.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline documentation workflows and address filing needs.
- Assist in data entry tasks to update records, resolve discrepancies, and maintain database integrity.
- Keep track of the flow of customer-related documents to ensure timely access and retrieval.
- Monitor adherence to retention policies, including securely archiving and disposing of outdated records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a File Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using digital file management systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with customer service operations is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
The pay range for this role is: 25.19 - 35.19 USD per hour(Remote (Honolulu, Hawaii, US))
