The Opportunity: Your Legacy Starts on Day 0
As our Founding Head of Sales, you will be more than a closer—you will be the architect of our entire revenue strategy. You will work directly with the co-founders to build our sales engine from the ground up, making foundational decisions that will define our customer acquisition, product-market fit, and future growth trajectory.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building the Sales Foundation: Design and implement our entire sales process, from lead qualification to customer onboarding, establishing systems that will scale to 100K+ users
- Driving Product-Market Fit: Lead customer discovery conversations to validate our AI-powered financial co-pilot, translating user feedback into product insights that shape our roadmap
- Creating Revenue Engines: Develop multi-channel acquisition strategies across B2C direct sales, partnerships, and digital channels to achieve aggressive growth targets
- Establishing Sales Culture: Build the playbooks, metrics, and processes that will enable a lean, world-class sales team to consistently exceed targets
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a key strategic partner to founders, contributing to GTM strategy, pricing models, and long-term vision execution
Who We're Looking For: A Closer with a Purpose

- Proven Revenue Leadership: 5+ years building and scaling sales organizations, with direct experience launching 0-to-1 products and achieving aggressive growth targets
- Fintech Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of consumer financial services, regulatory considerations, and the unique challenges of monetizing AI-powered financial tools
- Customer Discovery Mastery: You don't just sell features; you uncover user pain points and translate insights into product-market fit breakthroughs
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to build sales forecasts, optimize conversion funnels, and establish key performance metrics from day one
