This Position
Cornerstone Paralegal Group, LLC is looking for a dependable and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This is an entry-level role with room to grow. We are willing to train the right candidate, so if you’re organized, eager to learn, and ready to take on a variety of tasks, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and send client invoices; track payments and follow up as needed
- Support marketing efforts, including social media, newsletters, and outreach
- Provide general administrative support (emails, scheduling, file management, etc.)
- Help streamline office processes to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new software (QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn
