This Position

Cornerstone Paralegal Group, LLC is looking for a dependable and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This is an entry-level role with room to grow. We are willing to train the right candidate, so if you’re organized, eager to learn, and ready to take on a variety of tasks, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records
Prepare and send client invoices; track payments and follow up as needed
Support marketing efforts, including social media, newsletters, and outreach
Provide general administrative support (emails, scheduling, file management, etc.)
Help streamline office processes to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable learning new software (QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Self-starter with a willingness to learn
