We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Help Desk Support Specialist to join our Hospital & Health Care team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and clients remotely. If you have a passion for helping others and a strong technical background, we want to hear from you!
- Provide remote technical support to end users via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure software applications
- Document all support interactions and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams
- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) a plus
