We are seeking a Remote Technical Support Representative to join our Hospital & Health Care team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately
- Document customer interactions and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Provide training and guidance to customers on using our products
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Technical proficiency
