About The Role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Remote Office Clerk to join our Customer Support department. This full-time, hourly position is perfect for professionals with strong organizational and administrative skills, who are also seasoned multitaskers. In this role, you will primarily focus on supporting the team with clerical tasks and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. As a Remote Office Clerk, you’ll play a key role in helping to maintain excellent customer service standards and operational effectiveness while working in a flexible, remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in our systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat, escalating issues to the relevant team as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports and organizing departmental documentation.
- Manage and update electronic filing systems efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate internal virtual meetings as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Support team to streamline operations.
- Assist in monitoring department KPIs and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a remote or customer support setting.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in data entry or knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a bonus.
The pay range for this role is: 20 - 24 USD per hour(Remote (United States))
