Summary Content & Campaign Manager
Hours: 25-30 hours/week

Compensation: $35–$45/hour, depending on experience and portfolio strength
Overview:
Club Stride Inc. seeks a strategic, experienced content and campaign manager to guide and execute our public-facing digital communications. This role will manage social media content development, support campaign storytelling, mentor a youth content creator, and ensure alignment with brand tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead content strategy for social media, website, email marketing, and campaigns.
• Manage content calendar and coordinate production timelines.
• Train and supervise a youth content creator on best practices for video, reels, graphics, and messaging.
• Ensure alignment with brand identity, health messaging, and communications goals.
• Draft and/or review captions, campaign messages, storytelling scripts, and visual prompts.
• Collaborate with executive team to design and implement content for:
Fundraising
Wellness campaigns
Civic engagement and social impact storytelling
• Maintain high production standards for clarity, accessibility, and community relevance.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years’ experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or campaign communications.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience mentoring or managing young creatives or interns.
• Proficiency with Instagram, Canva, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with mental health, public health, or youth development content preferred.
Self-starter with ability to deliver timely content under deadline.
