What You’ll Do
- Live on the phone: Most days are spent contacting warm inbound leads, nurturing web inquiries, and—during slower periods—running targeted cold-calling or follow-up campaigns.
- Consult, then close: Diagnose lawn challenges, recommend the right Sharp package, and upsell add-ons like aeration, mosquito control, Christmas lights, or snow removal.
- Own your pipeline: Keep meticulous notes and next actions in our CRM.
- Hit clear goals: Weekly and monthly revenue targets directly tied to your commissions.
- Demonstrate GREAT values: Show integrity, efficiency, and reliability in every client interaction.

What You Bring
- 2+ years of success in phone-based sales (B2C or B2B) with documented quota attainment.
- Comfort with commission-based pay and motivation to maximize earnings.
- Discipline to keep a CRM current and accurate.
- Persuasive, upbeat communication with resilience when prospects say “not now.”
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Central (occasional evenings in peak season).
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in home services, lawn care, or subscription sales.
- Familiarity with consultative selling frameworks.
