What We Are Looking For...
We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating and closing deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do...
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities through cold outreach, e.g. cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn Inmail, DMs, Messenger, etc.
- Run the prospect through end to end sales cycle
- Focus on building relationships with HOAs, multifamily developments, and hotels
- Build and foster relationships with real estate agents band brokerages
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Negotiate property management agreements
- Assist in onboarding new prospects
- Work with exiting homeowners to retain home in portfolio
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field
- 3 years (min) of experience in a luxury short-term vacation rental sales is required
- Real estate license is required
- Self-motivated with results-driven approach
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
