Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator or Property Manager to manage operations across our single‑family home portfolio. In this role, you serve as the central point of contact for property managers, vendors, and homeowners—tracking workorders, inspections, contractors, change orders, and issue resolution, all coordinated via Walkthroo and our vendor network.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch contractors to workorders
- Find PM clients that need maintenance and turn teams
- Track job status through Walkthroo’s workflows: bids, scheduling, change orders, post‑work inspections, and photos
- Coordinate follow‑ups, tenant/owner approvals, and feedback loops
- Generate Monday morning status reports and follow‑ups to keep workflows smooth and transparent
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years managing properties or maintenance for rental homes
- Prior experience in residential construction, property management, general contractor environments, or handyman coordination
- Comfortable in remote role
- Excellent communication: able to interact professionally with property managers, homeowners, and contractors alike
- Strong organizational skills and a detail‑oriented mindset—able to track dozens of active tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with scheduling, change orders, vendor negotiation, and inspection best practices

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
