Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Input and maintain data in various databases and ERP systems.
- Perform data entry tasks including typing, transcription, and order entry with high accuracy.
- Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Collect and verify data from multiple sources to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, including creating pivot tables for reporting purposes.
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed, supporting administrative functions within the office.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in data entry or clerical roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications is required.
- Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Basic math skills for data verification and calculations.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.36 - $25.72 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
