About The Role

What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical or general support via phone, email, or live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions or escalate issues to the appropriate team.
- Document, track, and monitor customer queries in the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution and excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify common issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Provide clear, concise, and empathetic communication to customers throughout the support process.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices to offer well-informed responses.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate concerns to management as needed to continuously enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a remote capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, ticketing systems, and collaboration tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack).
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Adaptability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace to support remote work requirements.
The pay range for this role is: 28 - 30 USD per hour(Remote)
