We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Digital or Office Administrative Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Experience with digital filing systems a plus
