Quote Desk Analyst

We provide the most up to date technology to a nationwide customer base by partnering with the top agents and master agents in the industry. NHC is headquartered in Concord, MA, with additional offices in Fairport, NY and Ft Myers, FL. NHC is growing steadily, including expanding into Canada.
We have experienced impressive growth and are seeking a high-energy, hardworking Quote Desk Analyst to support our business.
This position will be filled on the West Coast of the US with coverage hours 8-5 Pacific Time.
Responsibilities:
Providing our agents and customers a quick, accurate, and easy to understand quote is critical to a positive relationship.
You will work closely with our sales team for new sales and the Operations and Customer Service teams for upgrades and support to our existing customers. We use the Masterstream system for automation and contracts. Some quotes still need manual carrier interactions. Depending on number of locations, carriers, and layers of services, some quotes can be quite complex.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with an understanding of complex functions, data analysis tools and automation
- Ability to quickly grasp multiple systems for data entry
- Highly responsive, motivated, and proactive individual
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of telecom products a plus
- Knowledge of Masterstream system a plus
Salary & Benefits:
