CULTURE POP SODA is looking for a beverage Territory Sales and Merchandising Representative for the Ohio market area.

Culture Pop is a leader in the dynamic functional soda category. We are distributed nationally in major Chains: Walmart, Target, Giant Eagle and Whole Foods… and are sold locally in several regional chains and independent stores.
This person will have the following responsibilities:
• Drive sales and distribution growth throughout territory with daily sales and merchandising efforts and to foster relationships with current account base
• Communicate retail account activity to our local distributor partners, distributor representatives, and management teams
• Plan and manage individual time and activities to maximize sales volume within territory.
Requirements:
• YOU MUST LIVE IN the Metro Columbus, Ohio market area - The work will require covering this geography as well as Cincinatti and Cleveland.
• 5 days a week in the field
• Consistent calls on local retail buyers, decision makers, and key account managers
• Some distributor ride-along
About You
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• Prior sales experience in beverage or other similar CPG industry is greatly preferred
• Must be a self-starter, organized and driven to succeed and win
• Excellent sales and relationship development skills
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Proficient in basic computer skills, excel, word and the google suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
COMPENSATION:
Base Pay will be $27.50 Per Hour - PLUS incentives to achieving weekly goals. Benefits are an option including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K
