Seconds is building the future of time and workflow automation for entrepreneurs. We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to help shape our voice and growth engine from the ground up.
🔔 Please note: This is not a salaried position. Equity compensation only at the pre-seed stage.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Own the content calendar across channels (LinkedIn, email, blog).
- Develop SEO and content strategies to drive inbound traffic.
- Create and edit short-form video for brand education (IG, TikTok, Reels).
- Identify and test growth loops, community channels, or referral tactics.
- Report on key metrics — and use the data to improve.
- Collaborate with product and ops to align messaging with strategy.
🧠What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in content, SEO, or digital marketing.
- Portfolio of content or campaigns that moved the needle.
- Strong written English; good visual sensibility (Canva/Figma a plus).
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Buffer, Descript, and GA4.
- Creativity, accountability, and a bias toward execution.
