Work Style & Expectations:
- Must be responsive via email or messaging during agreed-upon work hours
- Ability to handle feedback and make revisions quickly and professionally
- Flexibility is appreciated—occasional quick turnarounds or last-minute edits may arise
- Strong attention to detail with organized file management and naming conventions
- Ability to take creative direction and work independently while also being open to collaboration
Time Commitment:
- Estimated 15–20 hours per week, depending on project load and scheduling (hours could increase during Q4 peak season)
- This role could evolve into a contract-to-hire position for the right candidate
- You'll be collaborating with our current designer to help scale creative output
We’re looking for someone who’s not just technically skilled, but also collaborative, communicative, and excited to be part of a growing brand. If you love beautiful spaces, clean design, and working with a small, passionate team—we’d love to hear from you!
