By streamlining front desk workflows and transforming the way practices handle calls, scheduling, and patient intake, we’re helping dental teams focus more on care. We’re in a rapid growth phase and seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Implementation & Onboarding Specialist to guide customers through the most critical phase of their journey with us.
About the Role
This dynamic, customer-facing role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a real impact. You’ll lead onboarding for new customers, serve as a cross-functional project manager, and step in to support troubleshooting and training as needed. As one of our early team members, you’ll help shape the processes and experiences that will define Flossy as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Onboarding
- Manage the entire onboarding process from kickoff to go-live.
- Facilitate scheduling rules intake, training sessions, and QA.
- Coordinate integrations with dental practice management systems (e.g., Dentrix, Denticon, Eaglesoft).
- Serve as a proactive, empathetic partner guiding dental offices through change management.
Project Management
- Own timelines, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure onboarding tasks are completed on time.
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Customer Support & Success
- Address customer inquiries during onboarding and early product use.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in partnership with Product/Engineering, documenting recurring themes.
- Surface bugs, feature gaps, and usability concerns to inform product improvements.
Process Development & Optimization
- Design, document, and refine onboarding playbooks and support workflows.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years’ experience in onboarding, customer success, implementation, or project management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with comfort working across dentists, practice managers, and technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, concise communication—both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and adaptability to evolving processes.
- Proficient in tech platforms, CRMs, customer support tools, and productivity suites.
Bonus: Experience in the dental industry or familiarity with dental practice management systems.
