Mission: Mamaya Health provides mental healthcare for women, for those she loves, for every season.
Vision: To create a world where every woman - and those she loves - can access high quality, compassionate mental healthcare throughout every season of life.
Mamaya Health was born out of a bold ambition: to shape a future where mental health care is accepted as a fundamental human right. At Mamaya, we know that therapy is a lifeline, not a luxury—which is why we accept most major insurances and offer sliding fee and deep sliding fee scales to reduce financial barriers. Whether facing perinatal complications, women’s health issues, or perimenopausal/menopausal challenges, every woman deserves the care she needs in a safe, stigma-free space. Our multidisciplinary team uses evidence-based practices to engage women early, conduct personalized risk assessments, and deliver high quality virtual mental health care.
