Role Summary:
We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to support multichannel marketing efforts across North America and Latin America for GWR For Business. This role will build and execute campaigns, assist in creating content, managing marketing assets, and optimizing digital customer experiences. You’ll collaborate with a global team to coordinate efforts, share best practices, and achieve unified business goals, working hands-on with tools like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
You’ll proactively support and coordinate communications for exciting campaigns in the US, working on content and thought leadership that highlight GWR for Business’s value and help drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Email Marketing
- Build and launch campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (journeys, lists, landing pages) - You will receive strategic & technical support from global team
- Support the execution and performance tracking for B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social channels
- Assist in lead pre-qualification and tracking marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
Content & Digital Coordination
- Draft and publish content for newsletters, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
- Work with freelance writers to coordinate article creation and translation (EN/ES/PT)
- Upload and manage content on CMS platforms (e.g., Crownpeak)
Strategic Collaboration
- Support sales team by managing client assets, helping deliver branded content and creating sales materials in collaboration with product and design team
- Coordinate logistics and marketing materials for industry events (e.g., Marketing Brew, IAAPA)
- Help identify opportunities to promote GWR for Business in collaboration with US PR team
Digital Experience & Advertising
- Assist in executing paid digital outreach (LinkedIn, Meta, newsletter sponsorships)
- Conduct research to support advertising and content placement strategies
- Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
Brand & Asset Management
- Contribute to GWR for Business storytelling for US/LATAM markets - product launches, partnerships, milestones, and executive visibility
- Maintain consistency of brand messaging across marketing assets
- Connect with clients to collect signed waivers and manage approvals
- Manage content and marketing assets in the internal asset bank
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with campaign or content responsibilities
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketing Cloud preferred) and Salesforce
- Strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills
- Experience managing content calendars and executing multichannel campaigns
- Familiarity with brand and PR concepts in a B2B context
- Organized, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
