Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a remote Receptionist position. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, handling payments, performing clerical tasks, answering customer service emails, and assisting senior-level management with auction related duties. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, the receptionist will maintain communication with other staff members to facilitate business operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Strong Customer Service abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Associate's degree, additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
