Sr Graphic / Digital Designer
As the Senior Graphic / Digital Designer, you will work alongside a tight global creative team to support campaigns for a leading global media brand and have your work seen on TV and mobile screens all over the world.
The primary responsibilities will be developing branded campaigns for a leading TV and app-based media product, including concepting for pitches and final creative featuring some of the world’s best-known brands across media, sports, entertainment, and more.
With diverse projects available within the team, based on the skills you bring, you will also have opportunities to work on additional projects based on your skills and interests.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital design and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, or a more experienced graphic designer, digital designer, or agency art director who enjoys hands-on design work for global, consumer-facing digital products on a well-managed, skilled global team.
Key responsibilities
Sample activities for this role include:
Branded and Entertainment Campaigns Concepting
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns for TV and mobile apps featuring leading brands across sports, entertainment, and other industries.
- Collaborate with other designers and sales team members to refine concepts and create pitch materials.
- For won pitches, finalize chosen concept and deliver final assets.
Seasonal Campaigns Support
- Develop seasonal editorial campaigns for TV and mobile apps including creating custom art, illustrations, or animations for holiday campaigns.
- Create campaigns seen live worldwide within months or weeks of creation.
Showcase and grow your unique design skills
- As project needs require and match your skills, contribute to motion graphics, video editing, illustration, Figma prototyping, interactive design, branding, or other design projects.
- Projects will be selected based on the designer’s skills, experience, bandwidth, and interest – it is not expected that the designer already has all of these skills, but when time allows opportunities to grow and showcase your unique interests will be available.
About you
The ideal candidate brings:
- 5+ years of professional experience owning design deliverables. Candidates with more experience are also welcome to apply.
- Best in class portfolio. Experience concepting and creating campaigns for leading brands.
- Creative, proactive, and curious designer who works to understand the client needs and product nuances.
- Organized, reliable designer with an eye for detail who keeps files well-organized, to spec, and conducts smooth asset handoffs.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills. Willingness to pitch in to get the job done.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent level of skill and experience).
Nice to have skills/not required:
- Experience with media, streaming, or entertainment brands.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and participating in client pitches.
- Experience in a software development environment.
- Experience working with global teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
