What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a talented Mid-Level Web Designer to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about crafting visually stunning and highly functional web designs while leveraging modern design systems, this role is for you. You’ll collaborate with our development and design teams to create engaging web experiences that align with our client goals.
What You’ll Do
- Design and prototype responsive websites, landing pages, and web components
- Utilize Figma design systems to create scalable and reusable design components
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Maintain brand consistency across all web design projects
- Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback from internal teams and clients
- (Bonus) Apply UX design principles to enhance usability and user engagement
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in web design (agency or in-house)
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries
- Strong understanding of web design best practices, typography, and color theory
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design approaches
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (you don’t need to code, but understanding how designs translate to the web is key)
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) best practices
Nice to Have
- Any level of UX design experience (research, wireframing, or usability testing)
- Experience designing for WordPress or Webflow
- Experience with branding, marketing design, and social media asset production
- Motion (in the context of prototyping and designing micro-interactions)
- Art direction experience
