We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our founder and help scale our operations across sales, admin, and marketing. But this role is more than calendars and emails—it’s about becoming a key player in the engine that powers high-impact activations. We need someone eager to jump in, take ownership, and drive projects forward with precision and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing CRM for new and repeat client outreach
- Conduct research and draft emails
- Create pricing estimates and draft proposals
- Research visual assets for marketing materials (light design skills a plus)
- Help with tax reporting, vendor paperwork, and internal docs
- Pay and track bills / budget reconciliation
- Book travel for events
- Generate social media posts
- Organize digital files
- Assist in different internal projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Familiar with CRMs (specifically Hubspot), Google Workspace, and project tools like Notion (or quick to learn)
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Some experience in event production, agency operations, or marketing is a plus—but not required
- Light graphic design or visual asset sourcing skills
