About this Role:
Generis is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide executive-level administrative support to select Generis consultants and senior leaders. This role requires exceptional organizational ability, discretion, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The Administrative Support Specialist will support a small group of high-level leaders and consultants with calendaring, travel planning, document creation, communication management, and project coordination.

You will:
Provide executive support to the President/COO, the Managing Director of the Advancement Division, and one to two senior consultants. Activities will include
- Calendar management, travel coordination, CRM updates, client communication, and the execution of strategic priorities
- Email inbox management, meeting scheduling, and document management
- Drafting proposals, sales materials, and internal communications with clarity and professionalism
- Preparing presentation decks and written content for client service engagements
- Supporting project management for client work and internal strategic initiatives
- Interfacing with clients and stakeholders on behalf of consultants and executives
- Conducting research on prospective clients, partners, and key organizational priorities
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Associate’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in executive support, administrative coordination, or project support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency with digital tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Canva
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (especially HubSpot) and the ability to manage data with accuracy
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple senior-level stakeholders
- Experience in a church, nonprofit, or faith-based setting and alignment with Generis’ mission and values
- Strong discretion and good judgment in managing confidential information
Nice to haves:
- The ability to work on-site in the Generis Johns Creek, Georgia, headquarters at least one day per week
- Prior experience supporting executives in a consulting, coaching, or professional services context
- Experience with HubSpot
- Familiarity with the unique pace and culture of church and ministry environments
- Experience working in a fully remote team structure
