A nationally recognized, well-respected emerging Financial Services and Private Investment Firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a high-degree of professional acumen, excellent communication skills and be comfortable and experienced working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for C-Suite and investment team members.
- Schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and prioritize tasks to keep the team on track.
- Coordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders, including portfolio company executives.
- Arrange occasional business travel and prepare meeting materials, agendas, and correspondence.
- Handle expense reporting via Concur and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Support prioritization of meetings, requests, and personal obligations for senior leaders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems resourcefully, and maintain a customer-service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting C-Suite or senior leadership with discretion and initiative.
- Bachelors Degree
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
