Job Summary
We’re looking for an Executive & Personal Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role, you’ll manage the CEO’s schedule, communications, and day-to-day operations—both professional and personal—ensuring their time is spent on the highest-impact priorities. You’ll act as the CEO’s right hand, anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, and meeting preparation.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support special projects, follow up on action items, and streamline workflows.
- Assist with personal tasks: appointments, reservations, errands, personal travel, household coordination, and life logistics.
- Anticipate needs, resolve issues early, and ensure seamless communication.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting a CEO or C-level leader in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling changing priorities.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Experience supporting executives remotely is a plus.

- Background in tech, SaaS, or AI.
- Experience working with global teams and navigating multiple time zones.
