Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Analyst to join our finance team. This role will provide comprehensive financial support across commercial operations, supply chain, and manufacturing, while also ensuring strong compliance and operational execution. The position involves frequent collaboration with Asia finance headquarters and cross-functional teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide financial support to business teams including sales, procurement, and operations, assisting with data analysis, cost tracking, and budget control.
• Assist in planning and forecasting processes, monitor actual performance vs. budget, and explain key variances.
• Review contracts and project proposals from a financial perspective, supporting sourcing and operational initiatives when needed.
• Collaborate with Asia finance headquarters on monthly closings, financial reporting, and internal group requirements.
• Prepare and file sales/use taxes, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and assist in responding to audit inquiries.
• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely reimbursement.
• Maintain ERP system data accuracy, support financial reconciliations, and contribute to process improvements.
• Work with internal and external auditors by setting up schedules, executing audit duties and preparing supporting documentation.
• Participate in other finance-related tasks and cross-functional projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, cost control, or supply chain finance, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP, tax filing, and audit support processes.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with cross-regional teams.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred
