Contract: W2, 3- Months, Potential Extension
Location: Remote, EST Preferred
Pay Rate: $38-43.03/hour DOE
Hours per Week: 40
Brief Summary:
As a
Digital Designer, you'll be responsible for
providing design and production support for site updates, sourcing images for online creative, and ensuring that marketing objectives are met. This role involves collaborating with Art Directors and the Web Design team to optimize site functionality, user interface, and navigation, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide design and production support for site updates and online creative.
- Source images to support online projects and ensure designs align with creative goals.
- Work with the Art Directors and Web Design team to optimize web functionality, user interface, and site architecture.
- Produce, optimize, and output final web-ready digital artwork for site updates.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative process.
- Ensure all project deadlines are met while adhering to creative objectives.
Requirements:
- Portfolio/Samples required – include a link at the top of your resume.
- At least 3 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a retail or similar fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and XD).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-manage designs with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Agility and ability to manage quick changes and feedback from leadership and cross-functional partners.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Figma.
- Previous digital design experience in a retail setting.
- Familiarity with designing and delivering creative assets for Email & Paid Media.
