Our commercial real estate client is looking for a REMOTE, freelance Senior Graphic Designer to work on a project-by-project basis as soon as this month. Priority given to candidates in PST and Mountain time zones. Background check required.
The Senior Graphic Designer will support a high-producing business unit of brokers focused on finance-related property transactions. Some projects may require long days, sometimes nights and weekends, in order to get projects to clients in a timely fashion.
The client's goal is to find their go-to Designer to support them as more and more projects come up.
Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities
- Develop and design visually stunning, bespoke presentations, proposals, email blasts, brochures, etc. for key pursuits and initiatives that communicate critical messages and key selling propositions
- Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders, articulating rationale behind creative choices
- Modify templates based on provided reference materials to create new, branded materials
- Use knowledge of paragraph, character and cell styles in InDesign to design more efficiently
- Employ strategic mindset in developing designs and materials that align with marketing objectives
- Attend and actively participate in project kick-off calls
- Deliver multiple rounds of edits in a timely manner
- Oversee all creative aspects of production and quality control
- Provide timely, consistent, and high-quality design work under tight deadlines
- Proactively communicate progress of projects
- Liaise with marketing leadership as needed
- Understand creative process and demonstrate an efficient and effective workflow
- Apply best practices, stay abreast of design trends, and encourage creativity on the design team
Senior Graphic Designer Requirements
- 3+ years' strong experience designing marketing and pursuit collateral for Commercial Real Estate - bonus if Capital Markets
- Strong portfolio of high-end design across various marketing materials
- High proficiency in InDesign - must have working experience using paragraph, character and cell styles
- High proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree
- Thrives and has experience in fast-paced environment working on multiple projects
