Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Digital Content Designer. This is a fully remote role that will align to PST hours.

As a Digital Content Designer, you will be involved at every step of the design process—from gathering insights, brainstorming, prototyping, and experimentation to launching engaging, pixel-perfect visual and written designs. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, developing content for emails, landing pages, and Internal Product Display (IDPs), ensuring timely execution.
- Transform accounting/financial jargon into conversational, approachable language that drives reader action and reflects brand voice & tone.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, marketers, and researchers to align digital written and visual content with business objectives.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Liberal Arts, or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience as a Content Designer or Content Strategist, prior experience in Finance/FinTech/Tech a plus!
- Prior experience working with Figma; working knowledge of Generative AI tools for content design and strategy a plus!
- Must have a creative online portfolio that demonstrates your writing strengths and content design process!
