A fast-growing startup created by successful beverage entrepreneurs is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to execute a variety of marketing tasks as our brand grows across multiple states.
Founded in the Fall of 2020, the Beverage Ranch was created to develop, grow and sell the next generation of ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages. Our new concept is focused on the high-alcohol single-serve opportunity primarily found in convenience and grocery market.
The Marketing Coordinator will be part of team that is responsible for executing and managing all marketing activities to ensure our brand grows quickly, consistently and maintains a strong presence in our target markets.

Role & Responsibilities:
· This person will report to the director of marketing
· Responsible for executing a variety of marketing related tasks
· Manage inventory of POS to maintain sufficient inventory to support sales and promotional efforts across multiple states
· Assist with creating new POS, sales sheets and various sales collateral
· Assist with social media content development and posting as requested
· Engage with 3rd parties to request quotes for a variety of digital, radio and outdoor advertising
· Manage execution of other marketing events, tastings and promotions
· Assist with product development tastings and other consumer engagement activities
· Develop and manage relationships with external marketing partners and contractors
Ideal Candidate Characteristics:
· Must reside in Texas
· College degree preferred plus 2 years of marketing related experience in the alcoholic beverage or consumer products industry
· Self-starter who can work independently and take direction well
· Able to work in a flexible start-up environment where processes may not yet be defined
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience meeting deadlines and providing follow-up to internal and external partners and team members
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator
· Ability to use Microsoft Excel for a variety of calculations related to cost and budgeting
· Ability to use Adobe suite a plus
· Understanding of key marketing principles and tools
· Experience managing and negotiating with external partners and vendors
· Self-motivated and able to work in a flexible start-up environment
· Ability to effectively work remotely
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as necessary
· Ability to lift up to 25lbs regularly
