Job Description *
Insight Global is hiring an Executive Assistant to join our client's team on a fully remote basis. Our client is a global boutique executive search firm headquartered in London, with a small but significant presence in the United States. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to join our fully remote overflow team. This role is crucial to support our client's operations during the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone from 6 to 11 pm, and we are open to both part-time and full-time candidates. The EA will serve as a secondary coordinator, assisting our existing team of two coordinators for a period of 2 to 4 months. The primary responsibilities will involve handling tasks delegated by the other EAs and reporting directly to two managing directors. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level, detail-oriented professional to contribute to our dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Calendar management
-Managing and moving invites along
-Ability to schedule client and candidate meetings
-Internal reporting
-Preparation of client materials
-Client-centric tasks
-Travel coordination, primarily within the U.S.
This is a contract role with the possibility of conversion based on performance. The hourly pay for this role is $22/hr-$27/hr, depending upon experience and qualifications.
