Finance Manager (Fully Remote!)
Our client seeks a strategic Finance Operations Manager to join their rapidly growing organization. This is a fully remote role requiring core Pacific Time Zone hours. Candidates residing in any state will be considered, so long as they can work PST hours.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance.
- Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasting models aligned with business objectives.
- Lead budgeting and financial planning processes for multiple sites.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial management, operational finance, or FP&A.
- Healthcare industry experience, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Proficiency in modeling/reporting tools and advanced Excel skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-making across teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation: $120k–$130k + Bonus (DOE)
