About the Role
Are you a creative, detail-obsessed, and strategic social media expert with a passion for gaming? We’re looking for a
Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence. In this role, you’ll not only create and manage engaging content—you’ll also develop and execute a
comprehensive social media strategy, including both
organic and paid social efforts.

What You’ll Do
- Create, edit, and produce high-quality content, including short-form videos, reels, graphics, and posts for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Discord.
- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to grow engagement and community interaction.
- Manage paid social campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize content and strategy.
- Engage with the gaming community, respond to trends, and ensure our brand is at the center of gaming conversations.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, social media trends, and gaming industry movements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to align messaging and campaign execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of proven experience in social media management, including content creation.
- Strong passion for gaming—you know the culture, trends, and what resonates with players.
- Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
- Ability to develop and execute paid social media campaigns.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring polished, on-brand content.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with gaming influencers, esports, and streaming platforms is a plus.
- Basic graphic design and motion graphics experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and bring fresh ideas to the table.
