Compensation: Starting at up to $75,000 - $85,000+ (full time) - depending upon skill set. Future growth.

Your new creative job:
- Creating and maintaining style guides for our multi-brand product portfolio. Currently 10 brands and over 150 products
- Using design elements such as color, typography, illustration, and photography to create striking and compelling layouts
- Ability to design packaging layouts using style guide assets and die-lines
- Ability to design creative catalog pages for our twice-yearly wholesale/dealer catalog
- Collaborating with the team to prioritize projects and manage workflow to ensure projects meet production deadlines
- Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of print production, color requirements, preflight packaging, and common print pitfalls to avoid
- Creating and maintaining a digital archive of all creative assets — organized and accessible in a collaborative design platform
- Participating in regular team and company meetings
Requirements:
- Self-starter who doesn't need micromanagement
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe (InDesign a plus)
- Efficient work style - ability to turn around projects quickly
- Ability to have a positive impact with our team and a high level of energy
Output:
- Packaging layout using die lines
- Catalog page building
- Product inserts and instruction sheets
- Sell sheet creation for sales team
- Image management and light re-touching
- Social media thumbnail image creation
- Creation of simple video's using our software - simple templates
- Trade show booth execution
