Our Marketing Team Is Growing
We are looking for an experienced Designer who has superior design skills and experience, along with a portfolio that proves it. You will use your knowledge of typography, color, layout, and image manipulation to create visually appealing designs that clearly communicate our core product offerings to prospects and customers. You will work hand-in-hand with our Content Manager in shaping our brand and creating high-quality, engaging deliverables that connect with our audiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams, manage design resources, and uphold the highest standards across all content platforms. This position is ideal for a creative and strategic leader who can blend visual storytelling with strategy to amplify Rhythm System’s impact in helping CEOs execute their plans better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Audit: Work with team on a creative audit to elevate innovation and establish a unified brand understanding and company voice
- Process Development: Propose and create processes and tools to support design operations
- Design Creation and Editing: Design and update a variety of content, such as white papers, blog posts, case studies, social media updates, infographics, website, sales decks, one-pagers, and more, while ensuring quality and consistency
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines
Required Skills:
- Excellent Design Skills: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, proficiency with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Powerpoint, and possess a strong creative vision with attention to business objectives
- Project Management Skills: Manage multiple content projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Collaboration Skills: Work effectively with cross-functional teams including product, sales, engineering, etc. and build strong, collaborative relationships
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing Trends: Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
