Established in the summer of 2023, Bilotta & Company, CPAs, LLC is a boutique CPA firm licensed with the Washington and Oregon State Boards of Accountancy. The firm specializes in providing high-quality accounting, audit and consulting services to our clients while providing an excellent quality of life for our team. We are currently seeking a motivated remote Executive Administration Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position offers a unique opportunity to be immediately immersed in firm culture and to help make a distinct impact on how the firm is perceived by the world at large. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and organize the Managing Partner’s inbox and calendar.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate logistics as needed.
- Own and manage social media accounts to ensure consistent and engaging presence.
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content that aligns with the firm's branding and objectives.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining the firm's CRM system.
- Ensure data is accurately entered and regularly updated to support business development efforts.
- Assist in the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective project management across the firm.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to established processes and improvement of workflows.
- Provide additional administrative support as required to facilitate smooth operations of the firm.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn social media tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in developing and implementing SOPs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Working Hours:
This role is expected to work 15-25 hours per week with no required weekend work.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base pay: This role will receive an hourly pay of $18-$25/hour (depending on experience) paid bi-monthly.
Bonus potential: This role is eligible to receive discretionary bonuses.
Fitness: Monthly stipend that can be used for gym membership or fitness equipment.
Internet: Monthly stipend for business use of home network (unlimited data plan required).
