The
New England Regional Sales Director is one of the most vital roles at our fast-growing company. This Region is an established market for our organization. As the leader in the industrial insulated apparel industry, we are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, talented salesperson to join our team and lead our growth in the New England Region which includes Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. The ideal candidate must reside in one of these states.

Since its inception, RefrigiWear has addressed productivity and safety issues and has evolved its product line to provide high quality "head-to-toe" coverage, offering work wear for every cold-weather environment, from -50F to +50F, at pricing competitive with the industry.
Responsibilities
- Meet company growth objectives on all new and existing National Accounts within the New England Region
- Manage national account partnerships with key regional and national accounts. Manage sales leads and business opportunities through the sales cycle
- Introduce world-class products and provide expert solutions through demonstration to drive new business
- Exceed weekly, monthly, and annual KPI's per plan. Including but not limited to: Sales Calls, Category Growth, New Business Development
- Demonstrate a commitment to exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
- Must be a team player with solid communication skills
- Attend sales meetings in various locations across the country, and support tradeshow activities as needed
Qualifications
- A BA/BS degree from a nationally accredited college or university; and/or equivalent work experience
- Direct B2B sales experience of 5+ years
- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently from a home office
- A track record of successfully achieving sales goals and quotas
- A continuous and verifiable record of integrity, ambition and accountability
- Results driven, good presentation and negotiation skills
