The Role
We're recruiting for a
Creative Designer to join our Growth Marketing team at Inspira Education Group. In this full-time role, you'll bring your design expertise and creativity to produce captivating visuals that drive engagement and reflect our mission to empower students. As a Creative Designer, you will specialize in creating impactful graphics, editing creatives, and crafting both static and video content for our marketing channels. If you have a keen eye for design, a flair for storytelling, and a passion for delivering high-quality content, we want to hear from you!
This role can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.
Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media posts, brochures, and presentations
- Campaign Assets: Design performance-driven creative assets for channels such as email, social media, display ads, and paid search
- Video & Motion Content: Lead the process in creating and editing video and motion graphics to enhance marketing campaigns and social media engagement
- Web Design: Develop responsive and impactful designs for marketing landing pages and website updates
- A/B Testing: Support the team by creating assets for A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion rates
- Design Systems: Help develop and maintain scalable design templates and systems to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints
- Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable design strategies
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, brand, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective visuals for campaigns and initiatives
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and performance design
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or similar roles, with a focus on digital and performance-driven content
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and/or Canva
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Experience creating assets for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms
- Familiarity with designing for A/B testing and data-driven creative optimization
- Proficient knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
