About the Job
Duties/Responsibilities:
Sales Support (60%):
- Support the sales team by performing administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, emailing prospects, and managing CRM systems.
- Organize logistics for conferences and other events, including booth setup, marketing materials, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
- Track and provide updates on sales metrics, including lead generation, pipeline status, and overall sales performance.
- Help create sales presentations and marketing material specifically designed for churches.
Marketing Support (10%):
- Work with the Communications team to create and implement campaigns that enhance brand awareness among churches and faith-based organizations.
- Enhance social media accounts and distribute content to promote Auxilio Partners’ services and expertise.
- Develop email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and various types of promotional content.
Client Marketing Support (10%):
- Assist church clients with their Google Ads campaigns by conducting keyword research, creating ads, and analyzing performance to enhance their online presence.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on optimizing their Church Management Systems (ChMS) to improve communication and engagement.
- Utilize MissionInsite to perform community demographic analysis, helping churches understand their local populations and develop targeted outreach strategies.
Executive Assistant (20%):
- Assist the CEO in preparing board reports, investor updates, and staff communications.
- Provide general administrative support, including organizing files, managing schedules, and arranging travel.
- Organize events such as staff gatherings, conferences, and webinars, and manage event logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in sales administration, marketing, or similar roles.
- A passion for serving faith-based organizations and an understanding of church operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Google Workspace is essential.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience with Church Management Systems (ChMS), CRM systems, Google Ads, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- This position may work directly with church clients to optimize their use of Google Ads, Church Management Systems (ChMS), and community demographic analysis to enhance outreach and engagement (if the candidate possesses the skills and abilities required).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Must be self-motivated to complete tasks on time.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 40 pounds at times.

You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and the position's market data. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. The hourly rate for this position is $18 to $25 per hour.
