Position Overview
Topix Skin Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director for the Western Region. This leadership role will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned region by developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing and coaching a team of Business Development Specialists, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales and marketing programs. The Regional Sales Director will report directly to the VP of US Sales and collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve regional objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales strategies and business plans for the Western Region.
- Lead, manage, and provide ongoing coaching and support to Business Development Specialists within the region.
- Implement and manage sales and marketing programs, ensuring daily sales activities with existing customers and new account openings.
- Motivate, mentor, and coach the sales team to maximize performance and meet sales targets.
- Represent Topix Skin Health at customer meetings, trade shows, and regional sales meetings.
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and drive sales results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales Management experience, ideally in the Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or Medical Spa sectors.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams and achieving exceptional sales results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and team members.
- Valid Driver's License and the ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
