Get to Know This Role
The Brand Experiences Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Managers of Brand Experiences in implementing both on-site and off-site events where Sierra Nevada is represented. They will work closely with per diem staff to ensure events are executed flawlessly, upholding our brand values and image. This role collaborates with Brand Experience Managers on the East and West Coasts to deliver impactful events that drive commercial growth for SNBC.

What You Will Do
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Brand, Sales, Connected Commerce, and Communications, to deliver engaging and impactful events across the U.S. with a focus on California, though cross-country travel may be required.
- Operate within current priority markets and suggest impactful in-person opportunities to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase goals.
- Execute team sponsorship relationships with West Coast entities, fostering community relationships in California to increase brand affinity, relevance, and purchase intent among consumers.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and program execution; provide insights on brand growth strategies to distributors and sales teams.
- Liaise with the Sales Team to identify field opportunities that may influence distributor partners and consumer market influencers.
- Streamline and execute our product donations program to build strong community ties with key stakeholders.
- Must be willing to work non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.
Please Apply if You Have
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field OR any combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved required
- Master's Degree preferred
- 3 years in event execution or field marketing roles required
- Direct experience in beer, wine or spirits preferred
- Prior sales experience or interaction is a plus preferred
- Ability to challenge the status quo and pursue new ideas and approaches
- Strong leadership skills; detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with continuous innovation
- Driver's License with a driving record free of any major violations in the last three years upon hire required
