Our client, an international consulting company is actively seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager to support their efforts in tackling some of the world’s most pressing challenges. Why This Role is Important:
As a newly created role, the Finance and Accounting Manager position is pivotal to supporting the Americas team, which is projected to double in size by January 2025. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role combines operational accounting and strategic financial planning to help the organization achieve its ambitious goals.
What You’ll Do:
- This role offers a unique opportunity to blend accounting and finance responsibilities, including:
- Developing forecasts, budgets, financial models, and cash flow projections.
- Managing month-end close, financial reporting, general ledger reconciliations, AP, and payroll.
- Supporting FP&A and strategic budgeting alongside operational accounting tasks.
Ideal Candidate
- 8-12+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA highly preferred.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- International operations experience preferred
