Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for full cycle accounts payable, including but not limited to:
- Processing vendor invoices (receiving, initial review, coding, entering in Unanet financial system, tracking approvals)
- Reviewing expense reports for compliance
- Processing weekly ACH and check payments
- Maintaining vendor files and setting up vendor organization in Unanet
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions and AP subledger
- Managing vendor relations, including correspondence and responding to inquiries
- Assisting with corporate credit card reconciliation
- Setting up contractors' profiles in Unanet
- Assisting with month-end closing
- Providing supporting documentation for audits
- Processing 1099s for vendors
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma required. Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 1 year of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist preferred, but not required
- 6 months of experience using a project-based accounting system (Unanet, Costpoint) preferred, but not required
- Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles
- Data entry skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging between $50,000- $55,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
