Key Responsibilities
- Prepare precise financial statements by gathering and analyzing client data from diverse sources.
- Record client inventories, transactions, and banking information utilizing cloud-based accounting systems.
- Ensure the accurate recording of assets, liabilities, expenses, and revenues by maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software mapping and coding issues to uphold data integrity.
- Process journal entries, including period-end accruals, prepaid expenses, depreciation, and reclassification adjustments.
- Prepare and submit various tax forms, including quarterly filings and local business tax renewals.
- Conduct quarterly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned clients.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding financial reports, account balances, and cash flow.
- Collaborate on special projects as directed by senior leadership.

- Candidates with significant accounting experience (5+ years) lacking a degree will be considered.
- Comfortable working with cloud-based systems and quick to adapt to new software platforms.
