Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Description:
At Go Wine (fine wine distributor), we specialize in connecting customers with the finest terroir-driven wines. We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to execute and manage our marketing plans, covering digital and traditional channels. This role will involve coordinating events, managing our CRM, overseeing our website and social media platforms, and creating engaging promotional materials.
This is a part-time remote position, ideal for someone with experience in marketing execution, content creation, and campaign coordination, looking for a flexible and impactful role in a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) aligned with Go Wine’s brand voice.
Manage day-to-day social media activities, including community management (responding to comments and messages).
Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns to connect with segmented customer lists.
Track and report on social media and email marketing performance (engagement, traffic, ROI) to improve future campaigns.
Website Administration
Update and maintain the Go Wine website with accurate and up-to-date product information, promotions, and event announcements.
Optimize the website for user experience and SEO to improve online visibility.
Collaborate with designers or developers (if needed) for technical improvements or updates.
Event Coordination
Organize and coordinate wine tastings, trade shows, and promotional events (virtual and in-person).
Handle event logistics, including invitations, venue arrangements, and follow-up communications.
Collaborate with the team to create memorable experiences that highlight Go Wine’s portfolio.
Material and Product Catalog Management
Design and coordinate the production of printed materials such as flyers, brochures, and event programs.
Maintain and update the product catalog, ensuring accurate descriptions, visuals, and pricing for both digital and print formats.
Liaise with vendors or printers to ensure high-quality production of materials.
Collaboration and Support
Work closely with management to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Research market trends and competitors to propose innovative ideas for campaigns, events, and social media strategies.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in marketing,
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Zoho Campaigns, Google Ad
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance.
Excellent writing and content creation skills in English (Spanish iis a plus).
Passion for wine or willingness to learn about the industry.
